Winter Smile Fair 7.0 and Blood Donation Campaign: Spreading Warmth and Saving Lives

On December 17th and 18th, 2024, the Rotaract Club of East West University proudly hosted its signature event, Winter Smile Fair 7.0, alongside a Blood Donation Campaign. This initiative was in collaboration with the Bangladesh Thalassaemia Foundation and the Rotary Club of Dhaka Ramna. Over the two-day event, the combination of fundraising for winter clothing and blood donations made a significant impact on the community. The event, inaugurated by Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Ashik Mosaddik and Rotaract Club Moderator Nabila Farhin, marked the start of two days of compassion, collaboration, and community spirit. The Winter Smile Fair at East West University showcased student entrepreneurial talents, raising funds for underprivileged communities in Jatrapur, Bagerhat. The Smile Sports Tournament included badminton, carrom, and table tennis, with registration fees supporting fundraising. Winners received medals and certificates at the end of the event.
