A Research Project titled, “Do Quality Dimensions of m-Fashion Rental Apps Influence the e-WOM Intention among Urban Gen Z Social Media Users in Bangladesh?” funded by the East West University Center for Research and Training (CRTEWU), is seeking applications for the following positions.

Research Associate:

Details of the positions are given below:

Duties and responsibilities:  

The Research Associate will assist the Principal Investigator in conducting research activities related to the project. The key responsibilities include:

- Conducting a comprehensive review of relevant academic literature and preparing literature summaries.

- Assisting in the development and refinement of research instruments, including survey questionnaires and other data collection tools.

- Supporting data collection activities and ensuring the accuracy and quality of collected data.

- Managing, organizing, and cleaning research data for analysis.

- Assisting in quantitative/qualitative data analysis using appropriate research methodologies and software.

- Supporting the preparation of research reports, academic manuscripts, presentations, and project-related documents.

- Assisting in documenting research findings and maintaining project records.

- Performing any other research-related tasks assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Qualification:

- A Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management or a relevant discipline.

- Strong academic background with good research and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of research methodology and data analysis techniques.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with statistical analysis software will be considered an advantage.

Experience: 

- Prior experience in academic research, literature review, data collection, and/or data analysis will be preferred.

- Experience in preparing research manuscripts or working on research projects will be an added advantage.

Job Type & Duration:

Part-time Research Associate position for a duration of 6 months. The selected candidate will work with the Principal Investigator and provide research support throughout the project period (as per the requirement).

Salary: BDT 25,000 per month (consolidated)
