East West University Enhances Medical Facilities with New Modern Ambulance Service

In a significant step towards enhancing its medical facilities, East West University (EWU) proudly inaugurated its new modern ambulance service. The inaugural event was held on December 22, 2024, at the Shaheed Minar premises of the university campus.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, Professor Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, EWU's Chief Adviser, ceremoniously handed over the key of the ambulance to Professor Dr. Shams Rahman, the Vice Chancellor of EWU. This pivotal moment marks the university's commitment to ensuring timely and efficient medical services for its students, faculty members, officers, staff and the surrounding community.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Nowshad Shamsul Arefin, Member of the EWU Board of Trustees, Mansoor Mumin, Member of the EWU Board of Trustees, Professor Dr. M. Ashike Mosaddike, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Air Cdre (Retd) Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, Treasurer, Registrar, Proctor, other admin section heads of EWU, and officials of the EWU Medical Center, among other distinguished guests. Their collective presence underscored the importance of this new service to the university's mission of providing comprehensive support to its community.
