Online Application for Graduation
23rd Convocation 2024

Students who are going to complete all the requirements for their degree by Fall 2023 are requested to apply for graduation THROUGH ONLINE from EWU Student Portal (https://portal.ewubd.edu)  by October 12, 2023.

Students are required to attach:

  1. A copy of recent color passport size photographs in formal dress. (240 X 300 pixel)
  2. A copy of money receipt for payment of Graduation Application Fee if applicable.
  3. Course completion check list (For the students of the Department of MPS, CSE, and EEE)
  4. A copy of the Main Certificate of Bachelor Degree (For the Applicants of Masters Programs only)

Points to be noted:

  1. Graduation Application must be submitted online only.
  2. Graduation Application Fee is Tk. 5000/- (Five Thousand only)
  3. All the applications will be forwarded to the respective Dept. Offices for reviewing degrees and to the Registrar’s Office, Library and Accounts section for necessary clearances. The Office of the Controller of Examinations will also verify the grades of all completed courses and CGPA.
  4. The applicants who will meet all the requirements for graduation within 10 working days from the date of result publication of Fall Semester 2023 will be eligible to earn their degrees in this Convocation.
