East West University Center for Research and Training (EWUCRT) will organize a research seminar titled “Bengali Muslim Cuisine in Dhaka City: Exploring Cultural, Religious, and Social Dimensions” on 15 January 2026 at 09:00 am in EWUCRT Seminar Room (Room no. 560), 4th floor, Block-C of East West University. The presenters of the seminar are Dr. Muhammad Rehan Masoom, Associate Professor, Mr. Ishtiaq Mohammod Fakhruddin, Senior Lecturer, and Ms. Sadia Binta Zaman, Lecturer, Department of Sociology, East West University. A program schedule, short curriculum vitae of the presenters and an abstract of the seminar are attached herewith for your information.
