Covid-19 Vaccination for EWU Students 

All students of EWU are asked to fill in the prescribed format for CVOVID-19 Vaccination program as requested by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh (UGC). We have already sent a link of Google Form to all students through email and SMS. 

Due to time constraints and urgency of the issue, students are requested to fill in the Format/ Google Form with the required information and submit the same by 28th July 2021 within 2:00 PM positively.

This is to be noted that all students of EWU (whether they have filled in the form before or not) must fill in the form under the link. For any questions or queries, students may write to helpdesk-covid19vaccine@ewubd.edu.
