Conduct of Classes through Online Platforms on 12 and 13 November 2025

Due to unavoidable reasons, the authority of East West University (EWU) has decided that all classes will be held through online platforms on 12 and 13 November 2025. Accordingly, as per the existing class schedule, all classes of EWU will be conducted online on the above-mentioned dates.

The Chairpersons of all academic departments and the Coordinator of MBA/EMBA Programs are requested to kindly notify their respective faculty members, who, in turn, should inform their concerned students about this arrangement.

There will be no examinations during the period of online classes. Faculty members are requested to reschedule the in-person examinations accordingly.

In case of any disruptions due to internet connectivity issues, respective faculty members will arrange make-up classes in consultation with the concerned Chairperson.

The University Office will remain open as usual on 12 November 2025. On 13 November 2025, the office will operate on a work-from-home basis.

This decision aligns with our commitment to ensuring the well-being and safety of our students, faculty and administrative staff.
