Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering in CSE, EEE, CSI, Telecommunication, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, CSI, Telecommunication

Additional Requirements: Age 20 to 35 years
  • Handling Client Complain & Ensure Client Satisfaction
  • Adaptability with roaster based shift work.
  • Sound knowledge on Transmission network and FTTX technology.
  • Basic understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments.
  • Experiences in fiber optic transmission.
  • Basic IP networking knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and team work.
  • Able to manage the field operation team.
  • Bring copies of your resume/CV to the Interview session.


  • Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure, Router, switch, IP)

  • Have sound knowledge of all kinds of SIP related tasks.

  • Serve as a technical resource for staff on all ip related areas and technical procedures.

  • Must have a good understanding of the technologies and standards.

  • Must be fluent in reporting and mailing.

  • Knowledge in the operation of all related links and equipment.

  • Excellent client presentation and service skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and deadline environments.

  • Ability to translate highly technical information to end user customers and staff.

  • Ability to communicate with other staff.

  • Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for nights and weekends.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.

  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.

  • Coordinate with the network operation team to ensure rollout plan and service delivery.
