Position: Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing

๐—๐—ผ๐—ฏ ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐—บ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜†: The Sales & Marketing Sr. Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This position requires a strong understanding of sales principles, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

# Implement best practices in tracking sales performance through established KPIs, ensuring consistent reporting, and monitoring progress to meet sales goals. # Actively engage in negotiations with potential clients, offering competitive pricing and premium services while maintaining the highest standards of service quality. # Regularly visit and follow up with clients to ensure on-time payment collection and maintain positive business relationships. # Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure retention and increased CLV (Customer Lifecycle Value). # Collect and analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and activities to gain insights into the competitive landscape. # Perform balance reconciliation with clients to ensure all dues are cleared within the stipulated time. # Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth. # Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, client interactions, pipeline, forecasts, and financial performance to the reporting manager. # Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Business Development, Operations) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: โ€ข Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). โ€ข Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques. โ€ข Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Experience: 2 to 5 years Candidates with previous experience in Corporate Sales will be given preference
