Position: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager, Business Intelligence

Job Context:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to provide actionable business insights. This role requires expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence reporting to support decision-making. The specialist will work closely with different departments to track key performance indicators (KPIs), optimize campaigns, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
Job Description:
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau or other visualization tools.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and measure business performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
- Support management with ad hoc analysis and reports for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security while handling sensitive business information.
- Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting automation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
- Strong grasp of Excel for ad hoc reporting.
Job Location:
Dhaka, Bangladesh
Academic & Other Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Mathematics or Business Administration.
Experience:
- Minimum 04 to 05 years experience in relevant field.
- Experience in MFS, Fintech, Bank, Telecom and Payment Industry is highly preferred.
