Service Excellence Officer

:

Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)

:

• Fresh graduate or currently enrolled in a recognized university
• Students from any discipline are encouraged to apply.

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable, smart, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to remain calm and polite in busy environments
• Basic understanding of hospital environment (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluency in Bangla; basic English communication ability is an advantage.

:

• Warmly welcome patients, visitors, and guests upon arrival.
• Understand patient needs and guide them to the appropriate department or service point.
• Provide clear directions within the hospital premises.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times.
• Support crowd flow management in reception and lobby areas.
• Coordinate with the front desk and relevant departments when assistance is required.
• Ensure patient experience standards are consistently maintained.
