- Position: Senior Java Software Engineer

- Responsibilities:
- • Application development, modelling, simulation, testing, and quality assurance
- • Object-oriented design and analysis
- • Working closely with and cross-functional teams
- • Applying mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives
- • Managing the software development lifecycle
- • Applying best practices and standard operating procedures
- • Creating innovative solutions to meet technical needs
- • Testing new software and fixing bugs
- • Ensure continued functionality of a program during maintenance and testing of software
- • Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.
- • Monitoring system performance
- • Develop Plugins (Integration Tool Development)
- • Create various diagrams, flowcharts and models that illustrate the type of code needed for programmers
- • Prepare necessary technical documentation like integration and API document
- • Provide integration support over different communication channel such as Skype, Zoom, Meet etc.
- Requirement:
- • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications for mission-critical systems that are often high-volume and low-latency
- • Adequate knowledge on Software Development, Database, API Design and Development
- • Must have a clear concept of Object-Oriented Programming, various testing, and git
- • Being able to efficiently identify and resolve issues that arise during the design, testing and maintenance processes using problem-solving skills
- • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines
- • Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects.
- • A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, pro-activeness, and good communication skills are MUST for this position.
- • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders within and outside the organization
- • Must possess Excellent Soft Skills and People Skills
- • Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and leverage business analysis skills
- • B.Sc. in CSE or equivalent with minimum 3 years of work experience
