Position: Senior Executive/Executive-HR & Administration

Organization: Apex Data Management & IT Ltd

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions.

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the organization.

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, set clear performance standards, and guide managers on giving constructive feedback and setting development goals.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and addressing issues related to workplace behavior, engagement, and motivation.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations. Regularly update policies to reflect best practices and legislative changes. Identify skill gaps within the organization and develop training programs, workshops, and initiatives to bridge these gaps.

  • Drive change initiatives that promote cultural transformation, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational goals. Assist in the design and implementation of OD strategies that align with the company's mission and values.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and create action plans to address areas of concern.

  • Create clear career paths for employees and identify high-potential talent for leadership roles. Support managers in preparing development plans to nurture employees' skills and growth.

  • Utilize HR metrics and data to analyze trends in turnover, engagement, training, and productivity. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

  • Generate reports on HR and OD initiatives, including progress on training programs, employee performance, and engagement levels. Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations.

  • 2 to 3 years
  • Additional Requirements
    • Age 25 to 37 years
    • Education
      • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
      • Other Qualifications:
        • Familiarity with AI-based software and tools will be considered an asset.

        • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

        • Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
