Location: Plant, Rajendrapur, Gazipur

Job Descriptions:

Perform employee life cycle management, from hiring to separation.

Support performance appraisals and improvement plans.

Maintain HR databases, files and generate reports.

Address employee inquiries and resolve conflicts.

Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain HR records.

Coordinate training sessions and development programs.

Administer employee benefits and assist with related queries.

Assist with HR projects and process improvement activities

Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Organize employee engagement activities and events.
