Customer Service Excellence: Manage end-to-end customer service, ensuring timely, professional delivery aligned with Apex DMIT’s brand promises. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent quality and satisfaction.

Quality Assurance & Coordination: Ensure services meet quality standards through coordination with internal teams and vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality control and performance goals.

Revenue Generation & Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth. Oversee client payments, vendor coordination, and billing accuracy while working toward sales targets.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set, monitor, and report on performance goals regularly to ensure alignment with company objectives. Track and analyze service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue metrics.

Leadership & Professionalism: Lead teams to achieve results, fostering a culture of excellence. Act as a brand ambassador and stay informed on company policies, marketing strategies, and business practices.
