About the Role: The Junior Associate will join the LightCastle as a part-time member, working 4-5 hours daily for a total of 20-22 hours per week. This paid role is for a period of 4 months. Upon successful completion of the tenure, based on performance and organizational needs, there is the possibility of extending the contract or being considered for a longer-term role with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Assistance: Assist with program management tasks and coordinate with internal teams
  • Research Support: Help in designing interview guides, conducting basic research, and organizing discussions to gather information
  • Data Handling: Assist with collecting and organizing data, and contribute to simple data analysis and reporting
  • Content Support: Help in preparing reports, articles, presentation deck and other materials in a clear and structured way

Qualification: 

University 3rd–4th year students from any background are encouraged to apply. Students passionate about research and experience in extracurricular activities (ECA) and part-time work experience will have an added advantage.

Required Skills and Traits:

  • University 3rd-4th year  students
  • Ability to think critically
  • Superior communication skills
  • Strong background in communication and writing
  • Students with a passion for research and experience in business case competitions will have an added advantage
  • Highly skilled in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel) and/ or Google Suite ; Looker Studio, Power BI
  • General understanding of and interest in entrepreneurship, the startup ecosystem, foundations, non-profits, and local or global competitions is a plus
