Position: Officer, Customer Experience

Organization: A reputed bank

Job Role: To deliver customer analysis based on different business and service-related activities across the bank and joint ventures with various departments/divisions which support business decision making, strategy development, and tactical delivery in order to enhance service quality.

Responsible for helping the Retail Banking Division of the bank to understand their clients. The work involves determining how to gather relevant data about existing and potential consumers. Collect this information and break it down in a meaningful way. Use the analyzed information to identify market trends or to find areas of need that are not currently being met. He provides reports to the bank about customers’ feedback on various services, customers’ experience, sales trends and projections, and areas for potential development.

Requirements:

* BBA & MBA graduate

CGPA: Minimum 3.00

Very good in communication, Presentation & MS Office.

Sound knowledge in MS Excel
