We are inviting applicants to RB’s Management Trainee Program, which is a year-long rotational program giving the trainee exposure and on-the-job training in all key functions. Selected applicants will go through the standard assessment and interview process.
Requirements:
For Marketing and Sales:

BBA/ MBA
-
Major/ Concentration in Marketing will be preferred. However, students from other business disciplines and economics are also eligible to apply.

Minimum CGPA of 3.00

Good track record of extra-curricular experiences (Clubs, Competitions, Debate, Olympiads, Volunteering, MUNs, etc.)

Fresh graduates are preferred. However, full-time work experience of a maximum of 1 year will be eligible as well.
For Supply Services and Manufacturing

Engineering graduates with a bachelor’s degree. Business Graduates majoring in Supply Chain Management can also apply.

Minimum CGPA of 3.00

Good track record of extra-curricular experiences. (Clubs, Competitions, Debate, Olympiads, MUNs, etc.)

An MBA degree or a CSCA degree will be considered as an added advantage.
