Position: SFE (Sales Force Excellence), Executive
Job Location: Dhaka
PURPOSE:
The SalesForce Excellence (SFE) Executive is responsible for developing and rolling out Sales Team Initiatives that improve the key performance drivers of the Sales Team. These drivers include Development and Maintenance of Performance Dashboard, Programs implementation, fieldwork observation and guidelines; performance management; sales tracking and people development. Performance drivers are the core of Sales Team activates and systems and processes are needed to properly track these to ensure optimal utilization of Sales Team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Adopt and execute relevant global and regional sales information tools
Develops systems and processes to collect, collate and analyze sales parameters, metrics and standards
Develops and maintain systems to assist sales management in making decision by providing reports
Develop/execute analytical reports
Requirements:
Fresh Graduate from any dicipline
Experience in relevant field will be treated as an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge- Need to be very good in Excel
Ownership, Hands-on , Quick Learner
Analytically sound and good in numbers
Self-driven, able to operate effectively in a high paced working environment
