Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining IT resources. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support while enhancing technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and network-related issues. 

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware problems.

• Support end-users with Microsoft Office applications and other IT tools.

• Develop and maintain basic web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Help in procuring, maintaining, and managing IT resources.

• Document IT support activities and maintain records of issues and solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum BSc in Computer Science, CSE, IT, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Experience in providing support for Windows OS, Outlook app, and networking issues.

Other Skills:

• Ability to procure and maintain IT resources efficiently.

• A quick learner with a proactive attitude.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
