Position: Intern, Learning & Development

Responsibilities:

• a)      Collect content/information from online/offline sources or any given topic
• b)      Translate from English to Bengali (if required) and finalize the content
• c)      Make animated and visual presentation slides in MS PowerPoint
• d)      Review and polish the content/presentation as and when required
• e)      Suggest ideas/concepts for new topic selection

Requirements:

1. 1.      BBA Graduates major in Management/HRM
2. 2.      Must have completed all credits except internship
3. 3.      Required CGPA: 3.00 and above

       Knowledge & Skills:

1. 1.      Proficiency in making animated presentations in MS PowerPoint
2. 2.      Ability to work efficiently in MS Word & Excel
3. 3.      Typing skills in English & Bengali (esp. Avro keyboard)
4. 4.      A strong intent to study/research on any particular topic
