Must be competent in verbal and written English communication skills. Must be proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team setting. Must be conversant with Accounting software e.g. Tally, Quick Book and office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) |

Responsibilities
|
: |
Has to assist in preparing annual financial statements for external audit in compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) & other local laws & regulations and preparing the periodic financial reports for the Management. Has to assist in recording and maintaining daily transactions through accounting software. Has to assist in forecasting & preparing the periodic cashflows & budget. Has to assist in maintaining compliance with all statutory laws and regulations of relevant authorities and making effective communication with them to run our smooth operation. Has to assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliations and making effective relations with Bank officials to avoid banking complexity. Should have operational understanding of reporting standards for asset management companies or VC firms Should be able to do any other job assigned by the department head/management. |
