• To manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave records and employee documentation
• To support recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview coordination and onboarding
• To assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• To maintain employee database and handle HR-related queries professionally
• To support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace environment.
