Position: CREATIVE CONTENT & CLIENT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for client communication? Invicta Solutions Ltd. is looking for a Creative Content & Client Support Executive to bridge the gap between USA-based clients and the Bangladesh-based design team while producing top-notch digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between USA-based clients and the Bangladesh-based design team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Keep projects on track by managing timelines, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Provide the CEO with regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones and timeline updates.
- Create and schedule impactful content that resonates across social media channels.
- Professionally engage with stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Design captivating graphics and visuals tailored for diverse platforms.
- Edit high-quality videos, including 4K content, while meeting tight deadlines.
- Elevate YouTube content with exceptional visual storytelling techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut for both graphic design and video editing.
- Strong spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proven ability to work seamlessly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Effective multitasking skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a computer capable of handling intensive editing tasks to ensure uninterrupted remote work.
Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)
Job Location: Remote (Bangladesh-based, working in coordination with USA office)
