Event Description

 Suicide is a common phenomenon in every society. Due to suicide every year many lives are lost.  Though every human being has inherited the courage to struggle to survive, people lose courage because of many socio-cultural harsh realities. Numerous agents and factors are responsible for the suicide. 

To declining the suicide rate, proper prevention steps are needed. In this context,  East West University Sociology Club organized a seminar entitled “Suicide: Context and Prevention” on 10th October 2019. Leading experts graced the seminar with their valuable knowledge and experience.
