The Information and Communication Services (ICS) has the responsibility of controlling and maintaining the total technological infrastructure of EWU. It is responsible for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructures setup for users in the university for the laying and management of networks and internet connections that enable communication as well as the operation of the equipment's used by students, faculty and staff members to pursue their education, research and office work.
The purpose of IT Services is to create a digital campus in which students and staff can be as creative and productive as possible as they learn, teach and undertake research.
The equipment's that use ICT infrastructure vary from smartphone to notebooks or desktops and sophisticated measuring devices.
