Online Application for Graduation
25th Convocation 2026

Graduation applications for the 25th Convocation 2026 are open. Students who have completed or will complete all degree requirements by Spring 2025 (Pharmacy, Law) are requested to apply for graduation THROUGH ONLINE from EWU Student Portal (https://portal.ewubd.edu) by 31st August 2025.  

PLEASE FOLLOW THE USER MANUAL GIVEN AT THE PORTAL BEFORE APPLY.

Students are required to attach:

  1. A copy of recent color passport size photographs in formal dress. (240 X 300 pixel)
  2. A copy of money receipt for payment of Graduation Application Fee if applicable.
  3. Course completion check list (For the students of the Department of MPS, CSE, and EEE)
  4. A copy of the Main Certificate of bachelor’s degree (For the Applicants of Masters Programs only)

Points to be noted:

  1. Graduation Application must be submitted online only.
  2. Graduation Application Fee is Tk. 5000/- (Five Thousand only)
  3. All the applications will be forwarded to the respective Dept. Offices for reviewing degrees and to the Registrar’s Office, Library and Accounts section for necessary clearances. The Office of the Controller of Examinations will also verify the grades of all completed courses and CGPA.
