Requirements

The incumbent should have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputed university with a minimum CGPA of 3. Only Fresh Graduates from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) / Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) / Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET) / Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) / Shahjalal University of Science & Technology (SUST) / University of Dhaka / North South University / East West University / BRAC university / Independent University Bangladesh / American International University of Bangladesh / Bangladesh University of Professionals / Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology are encouraged to apply. The incumbent should have analytical thinking and presentation skills, Customer Relationship Management skills, Creative Problem Solving skill, strong interpersonal skill, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. |

Responsibilities
|
|
● Visit the Field frequently to ensure standard service operation & customer satisfaction. ● Ensure Spare parts, Engine oil order properly by Partners to RMBL HQ. ● Assist and motivate dealer service personnel to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability. ● Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor time to time. ● Establish 3S centre, Authorized Service Centre and Parts Centre as per company service VI policy. ● Assist dealer personnel to keep monthly required report & calculate profitability from Service & Spare Parts ● Train service personnel to ensure standard service operation according to RMBL Service Operation Guide & Warranty policy. |
