Position: Sales Development Representative

Invicta is partnering with a fast-growing, USA-based B2B lead generation agency to hire high-energy, persuasive, and confident individuals who love talking to people and thrive in a performance-driven environment. This is a high-impact sales development role designed for individuals serious about growing their sales career.
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects on behalf of innovative clients across industries like SaaS, fintech, digital marketing, IT services, and staffing-sparking curiosity, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that drive real business value.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls using targeted call lists and scripts
- Introduce client offerings in a clear and engaging way
- Qualify leads based on needs, pain points, and decision readiness
- Handle objections with confidence and guide conversations toward scheduled meetings
- Follow up with warm leads to move them down the funnel
- Ensure meetings are properly scheduled, confirmed, and tracked
- Collaborate with clients and provide regular updates and insights
- Accurately log all activities in the CRM
- Continuously improve through feedback and performance data
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with overseas clients (USA, Canada, or Australia)
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales is a must
- A high-energy, enthusiastic personality with excellent conversational skills
- Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections effectively
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt across industries and product types
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
A quiet, professional work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection
Work Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Dhaka Time)
Workdays: Monday - Friday
Job Type: Remote (Full Time)
Compensation: BDT 50K – 70K + Sales Incentive
