Avery Dennison is looking for an Officer, Customer Service who will be responsible for managing customer queries, pricing coordination, order processing, and cross-functional communication to ensure seamless trading operations. This role plays a critical part in handling spare parts and machine-related processes, maintaining system records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver efficient customer support and operational accuracy.

Candidates who successfully complete the contract period with satisfactory performance will be considered for transition to a permanent role.

Qualifications and Experience: Professional Experience:

 

1–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, marketing or sales function.

Experience in handling queries and cross-functional coordination.

Educational Qualification:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.

Responsibilities


Handle customer queries related to KIT pricing and product denominations.

Manage and respond to all spare parts inquiries from customers.

Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to track in-house dates after order placement.

Process spare parts and machine price update requests and set pricing for the Trading Unit.

Oversee Trading Unit order processing and ensure accurate documentation preparation.

Coordinate with the Finance team to facilitate new customer account setup for Trading Unit clients.

Complete Machine Activation and License Renewal Request Forms for new accounts and renewals.

Update and maintain records in the Maintenance Management System with machine sales data.

Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to resolve material and ink-related issues.

Coordinate with FSE (Field Service Engineers), SS, and customers for effective case tracking and resolution.
