Recognizing Achievements: Winners of the National Policy Competition 2025 Meeting the Chief Advisor


On the 30th of October, the winners of the National Policy Competition 2025 were privileged to meet the Chief Advisor of the Government of Bangladesh at the State Guest House, Jamuna, following their noteworthy achievement at this year's national finals. This accomplishment serves as a testament to the commitment, analytical prowess, and innovative policy formulation exhibited throughout the competition.

We are particularly pleased to emphasize that the winning team from East West University,
Team Beyond Borders represented the Department of Economics, reflecting the department’s continued dedication to academic excellence and its importance in addressing economic and social challenges in the real world through education, research, and training.

During their meeting with the Chief Advisor, the students briefly talked about their proposed policy on harnessing opportunities and overcoming emerging challenges in a post-LDC time. Their engagement demonstrated not only their expertise in the subject matter but also the knowledge and values they have harnessed.

This accomplishment fills the entire East West University community with immense pride. The Department of Economics commends the victorious team on this well-earned recognition and commends their contribution to elevating the department's national reputation.
