Event Description

The East West University Model United Nations Club (EWUMUNC) successfully hosted its Orientation to welcome the newly selected members from Horizon 11.0, the club’s latest recruitment drive. This year, the recruitment process received an overwhelming response with 330 applicants, reflecting the growing enthusiasm for diplomacy and global discussions among students.

The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Masudur Rahman, the moderator of EWUMUNC, whose attendance added great value and encouragement for the new members. During the orientation, the President, Vice President, General Secretary, and other Executive Committee members shared their insights, experiences, and visions for the club. They highlighted the importance of diplomacy, leadership, collaboration, and active participation within the MUN community.

The session served as a platform for new members to understand the club’s mission, upcoming activities, and the opportunities available through Model United Nations.
