Event Description

On August 21^st, the East West University Sports Club organized its first-ever seminar, "SHUSTHO WITH EWUSC," at the S.M. Nousher Ali Lecture Gallery. The seminar was conducted under the supervision of the honorable moderator of the club, Ms. Shahnaz Ameer, and the club's president, Mr. HK Yeasin. Approximately 120 participants from different departments of the university attended the seminar. The seminar was arranged to guide our students to overcome various post-pandemic physical problems. The seminar's keynote speaker was Muhammad Abdul Mukit, founder of Shustho. He discussed various aspects of personal fitness and lifestyle management, followed by a Q&A session where he responded to the student's queries.
