Event Description

The Bangabandhu 3^rd Inter-University Sports Championship's Badminton Division took place from September 25^th to October 1^st. The East West University Sports Club has successfully organized this event at the East West University campus. The games took place on the badminton court in the university's underground basement. Irrespective of public or private universities, players from 125 universities participated in this grand event. The segments where the players played to glorify themselves along with their institutions were Girls' Double, Boy's Single, Boys' Double, and Mixed Double. East West University competed in each category and won a silver medal in the girls' double and a bronze medal in the mixed doubles category. The presence of highly regarded and distinguished individuals brightened the prize-giving ceremony. Atiqul Islam, the honorable mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation, and Mr. Shah Alam Shardar, the general secretary of the Bangladesh Badminton Federation, attended the tournament's final day and presented prizes to the winners of different categories.
