On November 1, 2024, the IEEE East West University (EWU) Student Branch proudly hosted the "ExCom Meetup 2024," an evening of recognition and new beginnings. The event marked a heartfelt farewell to the Executive Panel of 2023-2024 and a warm welcome to the incoming leaders of 2024-2025. The program became even more valuable and memorable with the presence of Dr. F.M. Alamgir, Assistant Professor in the Department of EEE at EWU and Branch Counselor of IEEE EWU SB, along with Shovon Talukder, Lecturer in the Department of EEE at EWU and Branch Moderator of IEEE SB EWU.

The event brought together executive members from both panels to celebrate their shared journey. The evening honored the achievements and dedication of past leaders while embracing the vision and energy of the new panel. It was a memorable occasion, filled with appreciation, inspiration for the continued growth and success of the IEEE EWU Student Branch.

The program took place at Time Square Dine, Level-6, Sky View Tower in Khilgaon, Dhaka.
