Event Description

On 2nd August, 2020, IEEE EWU Student Branch organized a webinar on “IEEEExtreme 14.0”. It was a 1.5-hour webinar. The webinar was all about IEEEExtreme. IEEEExtreme is a global challenge in which teams of IEEE Student members – advised and proctored by an IEEE member, and often supported by an IEEE Student Branch – compete.

At first, the conductors discussed about IEEEExtreme's competition time. It is a 24-hour long competition where one can participate in mono or in a squad. Then they discussed about the problems that one has to solve. In 24 hours one have to solve 24 different problems. And they discussed about all the rules and prizes.

In the final sessions, students got the chance to interact with the conductor through questions and expressed their thoughts. The questions prove that they have been very much influenced through our conductor’s words and experiences.
