Engineering is broader than writing code or designing a circuit. In reality, nontechnical competencies are just as critical to engineers as their technical training. Addressing this particular need, IEEE-USA Student Professional Awareness Activities (SPAA) are oriented to enhance the leadership, career, and professional development skills of engineering students. A Student Professional Awareness Venture (SPAVe) is a flagship event of IEEE-USA, aimed at educating students on how to secure a lifelong career in engineering

For the second time in the history of IEEE Bangladesh Section, the Student Professional Awareness Venture (SPAVe) will be held at AIUB on 20th January 2018. This professional venture will include interactive lectures & hands-on training sessions focused on skill development - allowing students to understand the ever changing professional world along with the requirements needed to pursue a career as an academic, researcher, engineer, developer or entrepreneur.
