IEEE PES provides resources to educate and facilitate young minds to dive into the power sector and think of unpolluted alternatives. However, to educate regarding the art of approaching the professionals of this field, we arranged a webinar on “How to write and speak to get THAT job” which was conducted by Rad Sharar Bin Kamal, CEO, SteamPug Content. He is skilled in making leaders in approaching, writing and adapting to emotional intelligence. He shared many tips about how a person can make a good representation, how and what to write in CV and how one person should speak in front of a mirror to enhance his/her speaking.

It was a 1hour and 10 minute session. In this webinar, about 72 to 75 people were present. Among them, 45% of people were members of IEEE and the rest of the people were not members of IEEE.
