Event Description

IEEE East West Student Branch had organised a very successful event on 26 February 2022. This event was a virtual event conducted on the Zoom meeting platform and Live on the IEEE EWU SB Facebook page. This event started at sharp 9:00 PM (GMT+6). The main attraction of this event was the keynote speakers of this event. The “Shabash Fakibaj” team was the keynote speaker of this event. At this event, the honourable branch counsellor of IEEE EWU SB Md Rafiul Abdussami was present, and he gave the first speech to start the event. He shared his thoughts with the participants on how this event could benefit them. After that Shabash Fakibaj’s CEO took the floor to share the slides and the team shared their experiences one by one. They told the participants how to plan from the very beginning and what is the process of applying to universities in different countries. They have shared the plan when to start and how to start. The speakers described the application process for the USA, Canada, Germany, Turkey, South Korea, Erasmus Mundus Scholarships. They took almost one hour to explain all the things related to finding a scholarship.

After their presentation, there was a question-answer section for the participants. About fifty questions were asked from the participants. The team answered all the questions very patiently. This event was very successful because 330 participants were registered to join this event and 200 participants were present in the Zoom meeting and 50 participants watched this event on Facebook Live. The event ended at 11.20 PM (GMT+6).
