Event Description

IEEE WIE Affinity Group of East West University recently organized a very successful event name ‘Challenges Women Have to Face in Engineering Fields’ on 28 July 2022 at the East West University campus. The event started at sharp 4.15 PM. The objective of this event was to promote diversity in women's engineering and motivated women to get over these circumstances, to show the opportunity of a woman in the engineering field with their creativeness and willpower, to overcome the struggle women face in the corporate sector, lower the percentage difference between men and women. The main keynote speakers were Ruhana Parvin(Technical Manager -1, Silicon Engineering Division,Ulkasemi Pvt Ltd) and Sameha Zaman Ruthi(Project Manager at Summit Communications Ltd.)
