Event Description

To educate about IEEE and Benefits of Joining PES and its Opportunities, IEEE East West University Student Branch of Bangladesh Section had invited honorable Dr. Edvina Uzunovic, IEEE PES Vice President Education (2016 – 2020) . And webinar guest was Dr. Celia Shahnaz, Chairperson, IEEE Bangladesh Section, and IEEE Women in Power Representative of R10. This webinar was held on 4th April 2021, Event Time: 8 PM UTC+06. At first Dr. Edvina Uzunovic delivered her valuable speech about the benefits of joining IEEE PES and its opportunities. Her discussion was so informative and gave a clear idea of IEEE PES. Students got clear knowledge about IEEE PES and they were very interested to know more about this Day. After her valuable speech there was a Q&A session. This session lasted almost 1 hour 10 minutes.

After Dr. Edvina Uzunovic discussion, our 2nd guest Dr. Celia Shahnaz started her discussion and her discussion also was so informative and motivated. Students knew A to Z benefits and opportunities about IEEE PES. There were almost 60 students participating, many of them were international students and other university branch students, and it reached over 10000 people.
