Hello Everyone, I hope we all are safe and well during this pandemic. Okay, I am not here to talk about COVID-19 though. Let’s talk about opportunities here! 

Innovation Design Entrepreneurship Academy creates a great opportunity for you to present your idea about a new startup. The campaign is well-known as IDEATHON. Five winning startups are going to be facilitated with great opportunities like, six- month special training and incubation in South Korea for two members of each winning team, Meeting with investors and venture capital companies, assistance to get your patent right and funding opportunity.  

The campaign will be organized through online within 20th September to 20th October 2020

Application Deadline: 21st November 2020 (Saturday)

The objectives of this campaign are:

1. To create a digital startup ecosystem in Bangladesh 

2. To develop skills and enrich knowledge of the startups 

3. To create awareness among the young entrepreneurs for generating tech-based innovative solutions 

4. To increase Interest about patentable unique idea and to provide assistance in getting Patent of ideas of the startups 

5. To provide investment support to the innovators 

6. To introduce startups with foreign environment, culture and standard practices 

7. To provide state-of-the-art international training and mentoring support

8. To create awareness of entrepreneurship through innovation 

9. To make startups ready for the market through effective mentoring program

Eligibility to Apply

Anyone who has an ICT based innovative startup may apply meeting the following condition.

• Participants who at least appeared in the Bachelor Degree Examination or should be graduates.

• Participants must be between 22 to 39 years of age on the date of 19th September 2020. 

• The team must be consisting of at least 2 to a maximum of 4 members
