The Rotaract Club of East West University proudly presents Winter Smile Fair 7.0, a two-day extravaganza with a mission to empower student entrepreneurs, raise donations for winter clothing, and engage the university community in meaningful initiatives. This signature event combines innovation, sports, and philanthropy to create a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Event Highlights

1. Entrepreneurial Stalls

Experience creativity and innovation as student entrepreneurs showcase their products at stalls set up in the East West University Courtyard. The goal is to provide a platform for budding entrepreneurs while contributing to the winter donation drive.

2. Blood Donation Campaign

In collaboration with the Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation, Rotaract Club of Dhaka Ramna, and Rotary Club of Dhaka North, the Winter Smile Fair will host a Blood Donation Campaign.

Dates: December 17-18, 2024

Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Campus Wi-Fi Zone

This campaign aims to raise awareness about thalassemia and encourage life-saving blood donations. Be a part of this initiative and make a difference in someone's life.

3. Smile Sports Tournament

As a special segment, the Rotaract Club of East West University is hosting the Smile Sports Tournament, an intra-university badminton, carrom, and table tennis competition. This fundraiser is designed to support the winter donation drive while adding a touch of friendly competition to the event.

Donation Drive

This year’s Winter Smile Fair focuses on supporting Laufala Village in Jatrapur, Bagerhat, a community devastated by Typhoon "Remal." Our goals include distributing:

300 blankets to families

100 school bags and materials to children

If additional funds are raised, we aim to establish a school for the children in the village.
